Biker charged with murder (2015 Twin Peaks Brawl)

Nearly 3 years ago, MC's battled at a Twin Peaks restaurant just off Interstate 35 in Texas. The story made national headlines and received numerous reports from ABC News and Associated Press

Now, charges are being filed. The brawl left 9 dead, 18 injured and 170 bikers arrested. It's one of the largest MC clashes in American history. Recently, 3 bikers have seen charges brought to them stemming from the encounter.

One charge is very peculiar. A biker has been charged with the murder of a man who was also shot by police. Ballistic evidence shows that the victim was shot twice by police rifles. In a New York Times article, the police department spokesman admits to killing. In the article he says, "They then turned on our officers. Our officers returned gunfire, wounding and possibly killing several.” The autopsy only shows that the victim died of gun shot wounds. Who's to say the bikers bullet was the bullet that killed?
